Our Impact
Realizing Sustainable Food Systems
Every Fearless Farmer who successfully actualizes economically viable regenerative agriculture practices on their farm as a result of our program contributes an estimated reduction of 0.1t per hectare annually in carbon emissions.
Creating Local Food Consumers
Shifting mindsets that support local food systems has a direct impact on local economies. It is estimated that every $1 spent on local food generates a benefit of between $0.32 and $0.90 in the local economy. That’s a force multiplier toward sustainable, self-sufficient communities.
Inspiring the Next Generation of Farmers
Every Fearless Educator can inspire an estimated 4 students per year toward a career in farming, simply by instilling an eco-literate worldview. With a desperate need for over 500,000 farmers in the United States alone over the next 5 years, every Educator we train is a critical resource to maintain national food security.

Thursday June 5 was World Environment Day and the launch of our 2025 fundraising campaign.
“From Plastic-Full to Purposeful” is more than just a campaign. It is the beginning of a movement toward the Thriving Future Fearless Farmers aims to deliver.
The Problem
The global food system accounts for around 20% of all plastic production. That plastic ends up in our soil, water, food, and bodies, threatening ecosystems and human health. But plastic isn’t the root issue. The problem runs deeper: a system built on disconnection, disposability, and extraction.
The Solution
At Fearless Farmers, we’re transforming that system through eco-literacy education. We equip farmers, educators, and community ambassadors with the knowledge and tools to shift away from plastic-dependent, industrial models toward regenerative, local, purpose-driven food systems.
Why It Matters
This isn't about one-off behavior change. It’s about mindset change, helping people understand the chain of decisions behind our food, and empowering them to make choices that support thriving communities and ecosystems.
